The 4GIG space-planning tool is priced based on an annual license. The license is renewable at a lower cost in subsequent years. The number of customized furniture objects and floor plans along with the market for your product determine the cost of the license.

Pricing schedules have been developed for online furniture marketers, rental property managers, residential real estate brokers/agents as well as for resellers of technology solutions.

Discounts are provided for larger users (greater than ten floor plans or multiple properties).

The basic license cost includes the labor and materials necessary to set up the tool. This includes matching brand image as well as adjusting the scale of furniture items to the scale of the floor plans. It assumes that the floor plans have been provided in a accepted digital format.

Additional services such as the creation of the digital floor plan or the programming to incorporate a link from an existing floor plan page to the space planning tool will be quoted on a time and materials basis.
